They're Real! Lengthening Mascara

use to be my all time favorite, why did they change the formula?? 😭😭

Did they reformulate? This used to be my favorite no smudge, last an Armageddon mascara. I could wear this to concerts or during intense physical activities and my lashes would look stunning and last HOURS without a smudge. I repurchased after a year or so and it has smudged SO BAD every time. Like full black smudging all over my upper lids and under eye. I was so embarrassed to find myself looking like a trainwreck two hours into a date. I even tried it without foundation and on a normal day and it still smudged worse than any of my cheaper mascaras. What happened, benefit? Bring the old formula back! Sadly l’ll be returning this. :(

The formula changed and it’s awful now. Not even the wand saves it. I’m past the return window but I’ll never buy this again. It’s hard to remove now too, more than ever (like waterproof but messier) and it constantly bleeds black under the eyes.

Extremely disappointing because this mascara looks fantastic when you apply. Bummer because it never stays. It flakes off all over my under eyes and smudges all over my lids within hours. I’ll use it up but won’t repurchase

Bought the mini size of this to try it out before a wedding this weekend. Wanted to love it but the mascara does not dry and I end up with black smudges above and below my eyes. Horrible formula.

I really wanted to love this mascara because the initial application is absolutely stunning. It gives incredible length, definition, and a beautiful lift that makes my lashes look faux. However, the formula has a major flaw. No matter how long I let it dry after applying, it never seems to fully set. Throughout the day, it constantly transfers and smudges onto my eyelids and under my eyes, leaving me with raccoon eyes. It looks great for the first hour, but the staying power is just not there.

This mascara makes me so sad. It's beautiful, it does everything a mascara should do. It's lengthening, thickening, separating. It makes my eye lashes look better than they ever have. But... the transfer and smudging it through the roof. I mean, you'd better not blink too much that's how bad it will transfer. I have never had that issue with any other mascara. I would buy 100 of these tomorrow if it just didn't smudge all over my eyes.

I have not felt this good about my lashes since my 20’s. Thank you Benefit!! This formula delivers instant volume, intensity, separation and curl. It doesn’t give me the most length but I have not found a mascara better than this!

Been using this mascara for 15 years or so. I've tried many others. This remains my go to, to date. Not waterproof.. sometimes it gets on my upper eyelid because my lashes are so long, but I refuse to use waterproof mascara, so that's on me.

My all time favorite mascara is now garbage! This would smudge under any conditions: hot yoga, ranching, river work, and even sleeping in a hot room. Now it smudges instantly. Big dark smudges under my eyes and I only papplu to my upper lashes. I’m so sad! I think I’ve been using this for more than 15 years. Please bring back the old formula.
