I’ve tried other lash primers and this by far is the best!!! It virtually makes any mascara look like you have false eye lashes.

I have purchased the Lancome Cils Booster over the years. It works well when you can get the liquid on the brush and out of the container. In the last year, I have found the liquid is difficult to get on the brush. I am not certain whether the item is old or if the product has changed.
