Love the liner but the mechanical parts are terrible. Even being really gentle and twisting only one way, never dropping the liner, the plastic cracks and the entire liner falls apart.
I don’t leave the house without eyeliner and haven’t since high school, but I’m also not a liquid liner or winged‑look person. I prefer a thin, subtle line right along the lashes and nothing more — and this eyeliner does that perfectly. The Hourglass 1.5mm Mechanical Gel Eyeliner is the best I’ve found. It’s incredibly thin, glides on easily, and doesn’t budge throughout the day, yet still removes easily at night. No sharpening required, which is a huge plus for me. I use Brown Canyon every day — I love dark brown for a softer, more natural look that fits my aesthetic — and reach for Black Obsidian for dinners or when I want more contrast. I’ve repurchased this at least six times and will continue to do so. A true everyday staple and the one product I won’t leave the house without.
I have small eyes but love a winged liner look so I need to keep the line as thin as possible. This eyeliner applies smoothly and stays all day on my oily eyelids. I've tried everything else and this is the only liner that works for me. Liquid liners look way too harsh and other pencil liners are have too thick of a tip. I've tried many different asian eyeliner pencils with a thin tip but the formulas were so dry and pulled on my eye, making the liner skip. I hate that I like this so much because it's expensive for the amount you get but it's worth it for that crisp line. I hope they never stop making this!
The formula and thinness is perfect but it lasted less than a month. I don’t draw a heavy line, going for Nina Park, and this lasted about 3 weeks of daily use. The last 1/4” just kept breaking apart. product and
This product did not even last a month and all I do is put a thin line on my lash line. Absolutely insane
I purchased this only a couple months ago and it’s totally dried up and unusable. I store it in the same place I do the rest of my makeup and have not had an issue with eyeliners doing this to me before.
I love this. The line is so fine. Perfect to tight lining. Reminds me of a Kajal eyeliner from Dubai that I loved and can’t find in America. A must buy!
big chunks break off after each use no matter how gently apply
I love this thin eyeliner. I have it in both brown and black (but they have fancier names). It's easy to use and stays in place.
Never smudges, longlasting and a very fine point makes it easy to use!!
