I have had it for 2 years, taken it on 3 trips. It broke on the third trip. wouldn’t stay open. Customer service was great, they are sending me a new one but so disappointed it is only fair as a travel blow dryer and honestly don’t really want a replacement for a terrible blow dryer. Would absolutely not recommend!
I bought this dryer for a second time a year ago . The first one I owned was purchased in 2017 and I loved it and it served me well. I was so confused when I read the reviews last year for my initial experience was good. Well I wish I had listened. It literally caught on fire while I was blow drying my hair and this second one always over heated with little use . Save your money . Teaching out to their customer service , it's been a week and I haven't heard anything from them in terms of a refund or exchange . Save your money . for for my initial experience was great with this dryer.
I bought this to be a travel blow dryer - it barely works. On “high” it borderline stops blowing air every few seconds. On low it’s absurdly low and also periodically nearly stops.
Blew a fuse and only lasted for 7 months. Save your money.
I barely used this hair dryer over the years, and today it shot sparks and almost caught my lap on fire, I now have to buy a new one but I’m now terrified…
I loved this product for the first 2 years and then, just after the warranty was done, it suddenly stopped working...and I only use it every 2 or 3 days. Today is a sad day!
Don’t buy this. I’ve gone through three in less than two years, as they just randomly stopped working (one was free with warranty, but lost the receipt for the first one). It’s not any better than any other blowdryer, just not worth the money at all.
I bought this blow dryer excited to try it out, shortly after using it it had a burning smell. Two year after it has completely stopped working. A huge waste of money, I am so annoyed I need to spend more money on a new blow dryer, this should have lasted a lot longer. Do not buy!
I purchased this product in April 2022. It's purpose was to be a smaller and lighter blowdryer to use during my frequent business trips. But other than the handle swinging into itself, I didn't find it less bulky than my primary blow dryers! I used it for trips anyway over the last year and a half and it worked well. Last week, it simply burned out and stop working! I did nothing different than what I always do to blowdry my hair! What a disappointment. This is not some $30 blowdryer from the drug store. I think it should have a longer life then 18 months. And I think its not small enough to give it the "Baby" adjective.
Bought in 202. Recnetly the foldable joint/handle stiffened and started making loud cracking noises when I opened and closed it. Soon after, the joint separated, leaving the internal electrical wires exposed. Of course, it is just past the 2 year warranty period, but I will see if the manufacturer is willing to do anything about this. Pretty disappointing experience so far.
