fake awake™ waterproof gel eyeliner highlight

Must must have. Everyone comments on my eyes when I use it. They talk about how great I look. Jokes on them my 2 year old hasn’t let me sleep in almost three years.

Gives me that hint of "awake" I was looking for. I use this in the corner of my eyes and on my bottom lashes line. I also started adding a little to my cupids bow to add depth and dimension to my lips.

I have very sensitive eyes, and even though I was hopeful this would work for me, within a few minutes of putting this on my waterline my eyes started to itch and it looks like my eyes are bloodshot. Sadly, not the right product for me.

I like how it brightens my under eye. I love that it has the smudge tool and it goes on easy.

Had this product for a while. The white is too much for me, but the nude adds a subtle shimmer!

I have been using this for a while now, and I love it. It looks really natural and makes my eyes pop. I only took one star off because sometimes it makes my eyes watery (I am not sure if that's because something's wrong with my application). It stays for many hours without wearing off.

This product is extremely pigmented, which is great for a more dramatic look but not to give the “fake awake” appearance. I was hoping for a more natural application. Even with the smudge brush it does not give a natural appearance

This is an okay product but it is severely overpriced. You’re paying for the name here because - for example - the Sephora collection 12 hour pencil in Coconut is an almost exact dupe that is waterproof and transfer proof and works just the same for almost half the price!

I actually like this product but after use it broke. I don’t recall when I purchased the product or even how it broke but this is the second product I’ve bought recently and after using the product once or twice the product breaks. It’s broken in a place where I can’t fix it. The kicker is that for some reason this pencil eyeliner isn’t working. I try to use it but it just isn’t working. It’s the weirdest thing! I went to Sephora to see if they’d give me a replacement bc again for the amount of money spent on products there, it’d be nice if they stood by faulty products and offered replacements. Likely won’t buy this one again bc the product isn’t working not just bc the product broke.

It definitely works but maybe it's too bright?? It's not WHITE but its a bright nude color. Probably will not work on all skin tones. I like to use a tiinnnyyyyy bit (a little goes a long way) on my lower waterline, a tiny dot in the corner of my eye, and on the tip of my nose where highlighter usually goes. After blending it in, it looks much brighter in that spot. The pencil itself is really good quality including the smoothness of the product. I love the retractable liner so I don't need to sharpen it. I just wish it wasn't THAT bright.
