I’ve used this cleaner for the past week every night, and I must say I love this cleaner! My skin has never felt so soft, it removed all of my makeup very well, and was very refreshing! I would definitely purchase this product again!
Not sure what’s going on over at Skinfix… I have used this cleanser for years. “New packaging, same formula” my butt. The cleanser is terrible now. And obviously a significant downgrade in packaging, too. I had also been using the Skinfix hand cream and that has changed, too. I thought I got a bad batch so I returned it and got a new one with a different batch code. Same sour smell. Returned that, too. Now this is going back. That’s me done with skinfix… what a shame.
packaging is different, it now leaks/ dispenses horribly, it’s also 1 less oz than before for the same price. formula seems to different - it flared up my eczema, which it use to not. beyond disappointing. greed has struck another company. will be finding another product once i finish it.
Like everyone else, this was my go to, but I hate the new packaging. Also, less product for same price. So sad :(
So incredibly disappointed with the new formula. Both the bottle and the product. This has been my go to cleanser for years. After one wash, my face felt very dry. Bad move, Skinfix! 
Really disappointed at the new packaging and less product for the same price. I’ve been using this for years but I’ll definitely be looking for something else!
This cleanser has been my go-to for over 2 years but I just restocked and received the new packaging and the formula seems to be more liquidy and less effective. Doesn’t give the feeling of fully cleaning my skin anymore. Sad to let this product go. :(
hate that they got rid of the pump and are giving less product now, loved this face wash but won’t be repurchasing
Have been loyal to this brand for YEARS. Not only did the switch up the packaging from the beloved pump to the dumb squirt bottle, they are now giving us less product for the same price. Shameless and foolish to try to con your loyal customers. Not buying from this brand again.
This has been my go to since the first day it came out I have religiously repurchased this. Why the change to give less product and eliminate the cost of the original pump. When you have a loyal customer base. Highly dissapointed. I wonder where else corners were cut.
