+Retinol Vitamin C Moisturizer Overnight Firming Cream

I really love this moisturizer. ive been using it for a year now & it helps so much with the fine lines/wrinkles & dull skin! I do have sensitive skin so I would recommend slowly working up to everyday use (once or twice a week to start). It caused a bit of dryness on my cheeks (I have combination oily/dry skin) & some irritation on my neck, at times - once the moisturizer absorbed into my skin, I put aestura atobarrier cream on top of the affected areas & problem solved. Just be mindful of active ingredients when using with other products, use that spf moisturizer/sunscreen every day, & start slow. 10/10 would recommend. I hope this helps! 😘

I’ve been using this moisturizer for a couple years now as my dedicated 2x per week night cream. It has improved my texture and pores significantly, and I constantly get compliments on my skin! I love it!!!

Good product - if you're new the active ingredients, just beware - it has strong vitamin C but I dont know how much retinol there is. I am not new but I didnt think this would be very strong. Well it is! I used this two nights in a row, by 3rd day morning, I was dry/peeling and red patches. Please use this once a week for a few weeks and get used to it, before adding frequency. PM only! Nice moisturizer - not too thick or thin. I think good amount of moisture for dry or oily skin. If you usually use a gel-type moisturizer than this is thicker than a gel. Once I got use to this, my skin does feel smoother and plump. Also this has fragrance and alcohol so might also need to stay away if you're sensitive or particularly sensitive to those ingredients. It does have a light citrusy scent.

Received a sample and was the first time using any type of vitamin C and retinol pairing. Very impressed, no irritations. I felt my skin looked brighter and not as dull after a few uses.

Received a sample from Sephora and used it for 3 days. I didn't notice anything after the first use, but by the third use (and last of the sample), my cheeks were irritated and red. It didn't occur to me it was a retinol burn at first because I've used retinol for a few years without any issue. My skin is not sensitive. It's been a couple days since I stopped using it and my skin is still red and painful.

First time I using the cream caused my skin to be dry and then break out. I stopped using it for awhile. Then months down the road, I started to get hormonal breakouts around my cheeks. So I gave this moisture another try since nothing was working for me. I knew retinol can be pretty strong for first timers and need time to adjust so I use little amount and only use it every other day at first to get used to it and then increased it to every evening. Surprisingly, it was helping soo much and cleared up my skin pretty quickly. The uneven texture disappears but still some redness which will go away eventually I think. Now I'm ordering my second one during the sale. The picture is before and after a couple weeks of using the product.

Love this product. I have sensitive skin and my skin thrives with Kate Somerville products. I love the packaging, it dispenses the right amount each time. The smell of the cream is wonderful. Perfect for my mature skin.

This is my favorite night cream… I love the pump container, dispensing just the right amount. Delicious fragrance. Hydrating. Works on my uneven skin tone. Retinol for fine lines. Highly recommend!
