Polyhydroxy Acid (PHA) Gentle Exfoliating Toner

Works well to keep sensitive but acne prone skin clear.

Texture: 1/1 - Watery cooling feeling that doesn’t irritate my skin even if I pick at it beforehand. Smell: 1/1 - Essentially no smell; maybe a slight medicinal tang but it doesn’t bother me. Longevity: 1/1 - A good morning/evening toner that lasts the whole day though if it’s particularly hot it will last until late afternoon before getting a little greasy under makeup. Price: 1/1 - A solid pricepoint; would repurchase. Ease of use: 1/1 - Wonderful! Can be used on a cotton pad or using hands. I simply tap it into my face.

My holy grail product and I’m not exaggerating! I had acne prone skin and this has helped a tremendously. It didn’t clear my skin per se but it has kept my skin clear and smooth. I use this product everyday morning and night with a hyaluronic acid and niacinamide serum plus cerave cream. This is the best combo for my skin. I’m more on the dry side and it I stop using this product even for a few days my skin will immediately become patchy and rough (like dry skin). This helps exfoliate my skin but isn’t harsh. I haven’t been able to find a better toner than this one for my type of skin. I’m constantly rebuying it. I’ve been using it for about 5 years or more and absolutely love it and will be beyond devastated if they ever discontinued it.

Whenever I feel like my skin is extra flaky and dehydrated, I like to grab a bottle of this to replace using the physical exfoliants I normally prefer (because my skin just needs a gentler option sometimes, you know?). I ALSO really like using this on my underarms before applying deodorant and have noticed it helps make them brighter and smoother!

Giving 2 stars because I will say my pores look a little smaller. But oh my GOD this stuff burned :( I applied very little in just targeted areas on my face with a cotton round. Near immediate redness and then it burned so bad I had to re-wash my face (which of course only further irritated my skin). The burn is gone after washing but the red has remained all day, despite using my usual tricks to calm it. I’d be wary of this one if you have reactive skin.

I’ve always had an issue with texture on my nose and cheeks. Exfoliating w a scrub was always too harsh. THIS toner is amazing!!! After the first use, I saw a difference but when I ran and hadn’t had it in a while and bought a new bottle, I realized my face can’t go w out it. My makeup looks so much smoother and keeps my face from getting too oily with and without makeup. 10/10 recommendations

I've been using this product for just over a week. I appreciate the extra hydration it provides. Especially in the dry cold winter. I use a lot of products from this company. They have all been great

love it so much definitely makes my skin feel smoother and show less texture mostly because I would see it peak out a lot in my makeup since I always get a bunch of dead dry skin

This is a repurchase for me! I love it so much it’s hydrating and makes my skin feel so soft after I put it on. It doesn’t break me out and has no fragrance! Love it. Great for dry skin

This is very gentle and didn’t irritate my skin. I didn’t notice a significant difference in texture from using it though, so I’m unsure whether it was actually doing much. I finished the bottle, but I probably won’t repurchase.
