If you’re interested in purchasing this product, I would highly suggest purchasing at Shoppers Drug Mart. It’s $349 there, not $419 like here at Sephora!! Crazy price difference! Also you get 150,000 optimum points right now, so that’s $150 even less!! Almost $200 cheaper!

performed great for 2 years. Now it no longer heats. customer service is poor, still no response to fix the unit. not worth it for the money

product is only warrantied if you register it or if you have not removed the cord tag for two years. for this price, you think it would be longer. I've spent less on dryers that lasted much longer. bought this a while ago, recently finally opened because my other dryer finally died....and it has barely lasted for a hundred dries! there is a flame and spark coming from inside when it heats up and when I reached out to the company this week, they told me they could not help me, but to discontinue use. well, that sucks, because who has an extra 300$ to buy a replacement dryer.... not me! I am trying to come up with rent! I was shocked when I provided video footage of the malfunction there was little regard for the inconvenience and safety concerns, and a lack of attempt to resolve it. they offered me a 5% rebate towards a new product... which comes out to about ten bucks. thanks for the help! /s I also feel like my vision was damaged from the amount of times this piece of garbage went off while I was using it. picture attached to see what I was dealing with. company says they are unaware of how to correct and that they're sorry for the "inconvenience". this is my second GHD to fail within no time

After using this hair dryer for a year I’ve noticed my hair has been drier with breakage and frizz. I do dye my hair blonde so I thought it was a result of the bleaching process but I recently used a Babyliss Ceramic hair dryer and my hair was so smooth and much shinier than when I used my usual hair dryer! So disappointed that I spent so much money on a dryer that was damaging my hair (or at least appears to be contributing to the damage!) if you have fine/colored hair I would recommend a different hair dryer

After using this for over a year, it’s not my favourite. It’s a bit strong for my hair and when I blow dry my hair tangles easily with this blow dryer.

The product works well, until it doesn't. I've only had this blow-dried for just over 1 year and it has already broken. The warranty is only for 1 year so unless you want to spend $345 a year on your blow-drier don't bother.

I received this hair dryer from Influenster and GHD in exchange for an honest review. I already owned 2 hair dryers and this’s the first time i use a GHD product so i’m kind of skeptical. First, it came in a nice package with pretty color, very lightweight and does not make my hands feel tired while holding it. I’ve a fine, thin, long hair and it takes around 7’ to totally dry so on average it’s a little bit shorter compared to other brands with same speed. Buttons are very simple and you can control power and heat levels the way you want quite easy. Not too noisy is also an advantage. More importanly, it left my hair smooth and no tangles so in general, i feel rather satisfied.

this hair dryer is the best! it's definitely a splurge but worth it. I have thick curly hair and blow dry it straight after every shower. it dries my hair so quickly and leaves it shiny and feeling so healthy. I can't recommend it enough!

I have the flat iron and had high expectations for the blow dryer, unfortunately it rusted. It also doesn’t have anything to protect it from dust accumulation.

Obsessed this with this dryer. I have fine wavy hair that gets frizzy really easy and I struggle to retain volume through the day. This hair dryer has been hands down the best tool for a great hair day.
