Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 - Hydrating Foundation

I never really wear makeup so when I do I can’t wait to take it off. Falling asleep with makeup on would be a never for me but the other day I did just that. I know gross but hear me out, I applied the foundation around 9am I have small kids so when I say I slapped it on my face and added some lip gloss that is exactly what I did. I was out the door and headed into the 100 degree heat for a baby shower that was not in the shade. My skin felt hydrated not greasy and very much protected from the sun. When I got home my mom duty started and I never once remembered I had makeup on I can’t even explain it. I just fell asleep after a long day. I will for sure by this, obsessed

I usually liove this product, but I think I may have received a bad batch with my last purchase. It usually goes on very smoothly and makes my skin glow in the best way. But this last batch was clumpy and oily and the bottle arrived almost empty. Sephora provided stellar customer service, though, and sent me a replacement bottle, which is in the mail. I’m hopeful that the last batch was just a glitch and that the replacement will be back to the usual standard. Four stars for the great customer service and the past quality of this product. But boo to the last batch.

I wish I could get the product out of the bottle because I like the product. It goes on smoothly and has just the right moisture content for my older skin. The dropper doesn't work though. Even after shaking vigorously as instructed I can only get a drop or two, not enough for a full application and way too much work.

The serum and shade itself works very well for me! But, the lid closure doesn't fully seal and therefore every time, the liquid is coming out of the bottle and causing a mess on the bottle and in the makeup bag. Plus, I'm leaking some of the expensive product! Please, I hope that ILIA will invest in some R&D on the seal. Aside from the user experience, the serum is very suitable.

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. This is a beautiful hydrating skin tint! It looks natural and has a subtle sheen and doesn’t look like one is wearing makeup. I love that it’s got Sun protection!

I’ve been buying this for over a year now but suddenly the last two bottles have only lasted me a fraction of the time. It seems like there is less product in them? I feel like I’m wasting my money now. Super disappointing.

Don’t understand any of the positive reviews. SUPER yellow despite being “neutral” and just sits on top on the skin and then breaks up shortly after. One of the worst formulations I’ve tried.

Was too heavy on skin and smelled really bad. It also gave me bumps on skin whenever used so definitely won’t recommend for oily prone skin.

I’m genuinely surprised that there aren’t more comments about the smell of this product. I first ordered online and thought the product had turned rancid from being in the heat. So I went to the store and repurchased and still…. I am sensitive to smells and I don’t ever think I’ve used product that smelled this bad. The coverage is really good and it blends in beautifully if I can stand to hold my breath while I’m applying it. It also dissipates quickly. I’m in a conundrum about repurchasing.
