The first time I got this product it was a nice waxy eyebrow gel. It lasted me about a year or 2. Then I got it again to replace my old one and this new formula came out liquidy and spilt. I still tried to use it and it just made my eyebrows flakey.
As a girl with VERY thick eyebrows… this is the only thing that has ever worked for me. It holds my brows down all day without having the white flaky residue, a must have!
Does it work well? Yes. I prefer using a wand applicator though it’s faster and easier. The problem with this product is if it gets too hot (weather) it will liquify and never return to normal consistency. Also it doesn’t last a year. After around a year it will also liquify and expire. If you aren’t using it every day it’s not worth the money.
It literally melted in the package and acts just like a cheap edge control

So I’ve been buying this brow freeze for sometime now. I’ve started to notice that the product is possibly not kept cool or maybe in transportation. It sits out on a hot truck. The gel should be crystal clear. A few times now, I have noticed when I open the gel it is milky. If it is milky or anything other than clear, return it. Open it in the store and return it immediately before leaving the store. It will not hold. At that point the product is now dead. It has already been damaged by temperature fluctuation in it. No I’m not sure if this is a Sephora issue or if this is an Anastasia issue. But do not order this product by mail. Only purchase in store and check product before leaving.
I used to love this product and it was my ride or die brow gel until today. I have had to repurchase 4 different times and ALL four times I have had to go and return it because I keep getting old, cloudy brow gels. The gel is supposed to be CLEAR but it has not been and the product is just ruined for me now. There is no excuse for having so many faulty products in store and making profit on.
I’ve been using the Brow Freeze for over three years now, and no matter how much I try other brands out of curiosity, I always go back to my girl Anastasia! Genuinely the only product that holds my brows in place without the white residue. I can wear it for 10+ hours and it’ll still be as good as when I put it on in the morning!! This is coming from a girly that runs HOT and sweats all her makeup off all the time and constantly touches her face (esp that forehead brow sweat area). People talking about it being hard and unusable or how it molds????? Guys what 😭😭 make sure to store it with the cap tightly closed and on properly, and I ALWAYS use a clean spoolie when taking from the container. Store in a cool dry place and just this baby lasts me at least 4 months minimum because it does not need much to hold!!!!
Does what it’s supposed to in terms of hold, but does not play well with other brow products. No matter the order I use it, or use of setting products between, I find it melts/smears any products one may use on my brows for filling (pens, pencils, powders).
I love the results it doesn’t leave white flakes it holds all day.
