Instant Sculpt Retractable Eyebrow Pencil

Does nothing as described. The narrow end is too thick for single hairs and the wide end is too weak to fill sparse areas. I ended up having to use the narrow end to draw the entire brow and I've lost about a third of the product to the crayon snapping even when mostly retracted. I will never be buying Sephora-branded cosmetics again. This item was so much more expensive than my "cheap" eyebrow pen I ran out of before. Don't waste your money.

Rebranded and made it smaller, but the price point remains the same. *sigh* I've used this pencil for years, and the value was there, but now, I'm now convinced. the new formula just is NOT the same and does not adhere to the brow hairs in the same way. If the fact that Sephora made the pencil noticeably smaller didn't bother you, the new formula will. Original size is on the left at 0.2g, New size on the right at 0.15g

I have used the pencil for years and loved it. This redesign is awful. the angle makes it so theoretically you could accurately use it on one eye (right) but the wax falls apart even more now. unless your marketing team is hoping for everybody to have their right brow only colored in, change the design back

Please bring back old version. I hate everything about this product - shape and texture of the pencil does not work well for me. I will not purchase again

I am so frustrated they replaced the waxy not pencil with this garbage. This is just your average pencil but with a small, strange angle shape. The original waxy pencil was perfection - I started using it when Milk discontinued their version. Ugh, please bring it back Sephora!!

purchased because they changed from the Insta-Brow Waxy Brow Pencil which I loved was easy to apply and looked natural. this does not do that, the tip is random and ridiculously hard to use and it's more like a brow pencil/shadow now where as before I felt like it actually coated my brows so was easy and looked natural.

It’s always clumpy, it always comes off, I had tried it with clean skin, primed skin, setting powder, it just looks weird.

Awful redesign- I don’t even understand how to use the angle on both of my eyebrows ?! Plssss go back to the old packaging asap

I'm not sure why they changed the formula. The redesign is so dry that it breaks as you try to use it. It doesn't go on smoothly and makes it very difficult to fill in the brows. I really hate it :(

Former product was amazing, this one barely leaves any pigment at all! The new design sucks. Despite being more expensive than the former one, it does not works as well AND there is less product. Sad to move to a different brand after using the former product for years. :/
