SKINPOWER Essence Serum

I enjoyed using this serum — it absorbed well, felt nice on the skin, and worked well under makeup. My skin looked smooth and felt hydrated while using it, so overall, it did its job. That said, it didn’t blow me away or give me that “wow” effect I’ve felt with other products. For the price, I expected a bit more of a transformation. I liked it, and I think some might love it, but for me it was just good — not amazing.

I love texture of this product and the scent. It is silky and absorbs well. It leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It doesn’t get 5 stars because the dispenser is hard to use.

This product works. It is expensive, but worth it. I love SK-II, but even I have to acknowledge that their serums are pricey and don’t last long (unlike the rest of their products that are pricey but usually last for quite some time). As such, I have tried other brands to try to find a serum as good as this one at a cheaper price. Unfortunately, I have searched in vain. After a couple months of trying other serums I got this one again and the results were immediate. I could literally see the wrinkles on my forehead disappearing as the day went on. It is wild how effective this product is for plumping and softening wrinkles. If you like other SK-II products, you should definitely give this one a try.

I hate that I love this product so much! I have dry skin that can sometimes get sensitive and this just soothes my skin so well. Also my pores become nonexistent. It’s my must have before makeup.

At first I was disappointed because they updated it (previously was unscented white serum in a red bottle). However I’ve been using it for the past few months (just finished the bottle) and I’m not mad at it. My main complaint is the perfumed scent. It reminds me of one of the Escada perfumes- not something I want to put on my face. Other than that, it’s been good for my face. It’s seems to help with acne and moisture. I found it works best with the essence - otherwise it’s a little too light. I will be buying another bottle today, I just wish they did something about the scent.

I have had scar on my face from car accident since I was young. This product helped smooth out and blur out the scars. It definitely helped with skin texture and elasticity.

this is definitely not a replacement to the old product. it's different and it's good. it took me a little while to get used to the texture, but once I did I was happy I stuck through with it. i have oily skin, and it's my perfect morning under make up serum. it plumps, smooths, and evens out the skin tone. it doesn't make the skin glow like the rna serum, but it's better in a different way.

I got this since the SK 2 RNA Essence wasn’t available anymore. this doesn’t belong in the sk2 line. Firstly, the consistency is like thick water gel like silicone. 2nd, the smell is super strong. Ugh I feel gross even after it dries. I have to wash it off. I’m so disappointed they replace my favorite essence with this garbage. I will return this

Haven’t tried this yet, but just received mine and Sephora needs to please update the website as the size is actually 50 mL / 1.6 fluid ounces, not 2.6 Oz.
