This product is my new holy grail. Have always been super insecure about my hairline/thinning and this product fills it in and makes it look so much thicker. Upset that I didn’t try this product out sooner!
I am blonde and had died my hair ginger-red. My roots were pretty obvious pretty quickly but this kept me from looking like I was put together a bit longer to get my to my hair appointments. Since I was able to use this on my brows as well and it was great that it matched so well.
This is essentially eyeshadow. It looks and feels exactly like your typical eyeshadow but is much pricier. It also does not work. It’s a chalky mess that gets all over your forehead, hands and clothes without covering your grays. There are much better options out there for touching up roots between color.
I rarely leave reviews but this has to be the worst product I've ever bought on Sephora, hands down. I'm genuinely shocked this got an Allure award. First off, its really messy to use - if you have greys near your hairline, the brown powder gets all over your face. Secondly, it BARELY covers greys, the one thing its supposed to do. I brushed it a million times over my roots and it wasn't doing anything. I even tried wetting the powder in hopes it would cover up better, but it does not. Its a waste of money and I'm going back to using a crayon/pencil cover up instead.
A waste of money. Nothing special about it; you can do the same thing with an eye shadow without having to spend so much money.
Tried several times and several places and it looked really bad the color didn't look good I went back to the store and tried on other colors thinking I may have the wrong color. But no I had the best color I could get which was very poor it looked like something painted on so glad they do returns
I've struggled with little bald patches on each side of my head my whole life. I bought this product specifically to fill in those sparse areas and when I tell you it works... I was literally GIDDY with excitement when I saw I had a NORMAL HAIRLINE! When I went to show my husband I actually teared up. I didn't realize how insecure I had been about my hair for so many years and how good it felt to finally lift that feeling... it was a little overwhelming (good overwhelming!) It's a perfect match for my hair, is easy to use, and stays until I wash my hair again. I'm going to buy 10 more of these so I never run out! Love, love, love!

Wasted $40. It doesn’t cover even a single gray hair! I don’t even have that many, so I can confidently say it doesn’t work. Starting to think all those reviews are a lie.
I use this every few days while growing out my dyed hair and letting my natural grays come in. It does a great job blending the warmer leftover color with my more neutral natural shade, so the transition looks much softer. It washes out easily, doesn’t clump, and never makes my hair look chalky or fake. I really love this product.”
