This product leaves a slick film on my hair. I looked at the bottle after using it to confirm I didn’t accidentally buy conditioner. The smell is medicinal.
I love this product! I have fine/medium hair and recently moved to SoCal where water is so hard. My hair was getting impacted until I started using this shampoo. I tried other clarifying shampoos but this one i a win so far
The nozzle dispenser for the product broke on first use. I’m disappointed. The product itself is okay, not a huge fan of the scent, but it does clean the scalp well.
One of the best hair care lines hands down. The blue tansy collection took my type 4 hair wrapped it in warmth and nourishment leaving it feeling soft manageable and moisturized!!! This clarifying shampoo cleansed my wash and go completely without stripping it, leaving manageable hair!!
I’m so glad I gave this a try! This works well with my oily scalp and my son’s flaky scalp. Makes our hair feel so clean and smooth. To me the scent is pleasant and I would absolutely buy again.
This is my go to shampoo. It has a clear gel consistency with a pleasant smell. You truly don’t need to use a lot because it lathers very well. It cleans my scalp without leaving my curls with a dry, stripped feeling. I follow up with the conditioner and my curls feel soft and look amazing afterwards with no product in them!
I love using this every wash day. It says clarifying, and I do find it very cleansing, but my hair never feels stripped afterward.
My hair is a living contradiction. It’s slightly wavy, baby fine but a lot of it and dry through mid-shaft to tips and oily at the roots. I have SUPER hard water which affects the babylights that I get so I have to use a clarifying shampoo. I’ve tried Ouidad (doesn’t get clean), Oui Detox (way too drying), Kenra (not good post-reformulation), Olaplex (stops working after 2 uses and exacerbates problems), B&B shampoo (not color safe), B&B clay (works but SUPER drying). This is the first one I've used that gets my hair clean and soft BUT gives my hair the slip and moisture it's been dying for! It makes my blonde shine and my roots don't get oilier faster. Tip: make sure you have rinsed THOROUGHLY! This is the best I've tried. I followed with purple shampoo & conditioner.
I currently serve in the military and use a goo amount of hair gel everyday, along with leave in conditioner. I was my hair twice a week and this shampoo leave my hair feeling clean from all the built up product but not stripped of my natural oils which I love. If you're someone who uses gel/pomade everyday then this shampoo is for you
1st thing is the "gel" cleansing. its not truly clear like most clarifying shampoos Nor is it gel consistency. its milky like a milk cleanser. 2nd thing is a segue off the 1st point, clarifying shampoos imo should be clear, minimalist and leave your hair on more of the Squeaky clean side when you're done shampooing. this product in my opinion is more of a hydrating shampoo. thats how much oil or ceramides are in this! I had to wash my hair 3x to get it to gel clean too the scalp and my hair wasn't piled with product to begin with.
