It stopped blowing heat after 4 months and only blows cold air. I saw a lot of reviews with similar complaints and thought perhaps I would’ve different. Nope, 4 months in and my $200+ hair dryer is nothing but a cooling fan.
DO NOT BUY THIS HAIR DRYER!!! Performed decent at first, but broke within 2 years when a single strand of hair accidentally got caught in the motors. You have to be extremely careful. I called T3 and they refused to help me fix this otherwise simple problem because it was outside their warranty window. For a dryer that costs close to $200 I expected better. DO NOT listen to the other incentivized reviews unless you want to waste your money. Save your coins and get literally any other hair dryer.

Love the packaging so much of this products love the way it dries my hair so fast and easily. Love to use it so much every time after it shower. I don’t wear any other product. This leave my hair shiny.
Bought this hair dryer over two years ago in 2022. I took it on a two week trip to London where I only packed a carry-on. I was very happy with the size - it’s small but mighty and quickly dried my hair. I bring it on all of my trips now!! I really appreciated that it has automatic international voltage control - perfect for those that travel frequently! You just need a plug adapter to fit the local outlets. One of my best purchases!! Only wish it had a diffuser attachment, otherwise perfect!
Died in less than 2 years with infrequent use. Spend your money elsewhere.
I loved this hair dryer but after a year and a half, it no longer produces heat. I’ve had $50 hair dryers that have lasted longer. Other than this I would have given it 5 stars.
I was really excited about this; I wanted a travel size, dual voltage, light weight dryer. But the heat stopped working after 7 months. Ridiculous at this price. And Sephora won’t offer an exchange or credit.
I am incredibly disappointed in this hair dryer. I ordered one for my mother as a gift and it only worked once. After talking to her, she had told me that she had actually bought this hair dryer the week before and it didn't work but she was hoping it was just a fluke. Niether work and get hot? That's crazy, especially for the price. Don't even waste your time, if it does work, it probably won't for long.
I purchased this from T3 website 2022. All the review looked good but now I know they were all not real voices. The cold shot button clogged in then no more cold air and also no hot air. Just very luke warm air only came out. I could exchange it to Not-new one as a replacement because happened still in warranty (1yr) (They didn't exchanged to a new one, sent me one of their return products actually) And now 6 months after, the same issue again. I cannot believe this hair dryer costs over $200?!! I will never buy this company's product.
