Tattoo Pencil Liner Waterproof Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner

I was excited to use these liners, but unfortunately all three liners I purchased (Jadeite, Uranium Orange, and Radium Green) were completely dried out within 3 MONTHS and now are unusable. The packaging indicates that they should be good until 12 months after opening. They were all stored properly with the caps on tightly. Another I had bought in Madder Red was didn't make it past 4 months. This is ridiculous. The Trooper Pencil I had bought separately has performed better but it hasn't even been 5 months yet and it is a thicker texture, so I don't know how much longer it will last. I doubt l will trust buying any other pencil liners from Sephora again.

When I opened the package it was DRY! Don’t bother actually washing your money buying this. It’s so dry not a single thing comes out and even when you snap it in half w brittle and dry the inside is even worse. The product does NOT work! .

There is no pigment at all. This is after applying many layers. Even the texture feels like hard brick. How can you apply it on a delicate eye. What a waste of money for the price and brand.

I already own this eyeliner in Black and love how smoothly it glides on and how long it lasts, which is why I decided to try it in Azurite Blue. Unfortunately, the first one I purchased didn’t work at all, so I had to go through the hassle of returning it. I decided to give it another chance and bought it again, but the second one arrived broken too. Having to deal with two returns for the same product is honestly so frustrating and inconvenient. Really disappointing experience, especially since I know the formula itself is amazing.

Dry and broken when opened package. I missed the 30 day return window so could not return.

Tried to purchase this product! First time receiving it.. completely DRY! Received a replacement.. guess what? DRY! Based on that alone 1 star! The fact that despite purchasing, and having it. I was not able to use! Very disap

Dry, feels like playdoh not sure if I was sent a bad one but everytime I tried to use it it basically was unusable so I jist threw it out.

liner pencil came broken ... the little stub of eyeliner that was left over was super dry. I kept pressing the liner onto my hand and it didn't leave even a mark or a hint that anything was even applied. the pencil liner was super dry and in no shape or form was it a gel liner ... felt more like a pencil crayon being applied to skin than an eyeliner gel

horrible and no color shows. it came dried out and overpriced.

I love the colour that’s why I buy it was exactly what I was looking for but I use it 3 times in a couple months and they dry out … I got angry since I never had one eyeliner dry that fast I use to have a NARS for years and never dried… Pass a year and then I saw the the shade again and then I decide to give it a second chance so I pinchase again while I was going to use it was dry so I return it …. … if I could give 0 stars I will do that but not so I give it 1
