I have never tried this brand so was very excited to. I have combo/dry skin. Occasionally, I get hormonal cystic acne. This is lightweight, and feels nourishing and hydrating on the skin. It has helped to even my skin tone. I would like to try more from the brand.
I have used about half of the bottle so far, and I have to confess, I'm underwhelmed. I like that it is a thinner formula, and it doesn't feel greasy on my hands or face, and there's not an overwhelming fragrance. But in terms of results, I have not seen any changes to my skin in terms of fine lines, pores, or clarity. I used exactly as directed, and am diligent with my skin routine, so I expected to see at least something after using it for a couple months at this point. For this price, I expected way more. I personally don't think it's worth it, and I'll be searching for a new face oil when I finish this.
Im a big fan of this face oil!!! It’s super light and hydrating! Doesn’t leave me feeling oily but more just Dewey and refreshed! It also makes my skin baby soft!! I’m a ride or die now!! Obsessed!!! I highly suggest trying this!
Not sure how it will work putting a oil before my moisturizer. I will say after trying it a couple of days if felt really good on the skin. Little bit goes a long way. The packaging looks similar to another brand. Feels luxurious.
This product feels luxurious! It comes in a nice glass bottle and a dropper which makes it easy to apply a few drops as needed. I’ve been using it every other night as a part of my skincare routine. It absorbs really well and doesn’t feel greasy the next morning. It leaves my skin feeling and looking really healthy and hydrated!

Mara algae retinol face oil has beautiful packaging with the face oil in dark glass bottle. The face oil feels thin and easily absored in the skin . I like the absorption of it but one thing I can't get over is the smell. It has strong smell and would not recommend to people with sensitive skin or nose.
I loved this product a lot, I loved how smooth and clean my face felt and looked the morning after I had applied this algae retinol oil. It didn’t feel oily and it smells great. I noticed it improved the appearance of my pores. I recommend it.
