The Retinol Serum

Received a sample and it was amazing. I wasn’t expecting anything at all when I put this on at night, but when I woke up in the morning, my skin looked bright and youthful even though I was my luteal phase. I wish it were cheaper though.

I don’t have sensitive skin and it burned so bad I had to shower it off. Skin is still red and hot an hour later.

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. This product did what it claimed although make sure to read instructions throughly! I think I used way too much and should have only used it every couple of days to start. I did notice a change in my skin tone and firmness after a few weeks. Smell was pleasant as well.

At first glance, the packaging caught my eye. Super sleek and beautiful. The serum itself get absorbed in your skin rather quickly and leaves it feeling soft without being sticky. The scent is alright, smells like 1990’s Lancome cream - almost medicine like. The scent doesn’t bother me but I can see why other people don’t like it. I will say it does dry out your skin so stay clear of putting near your eyes.

I hate this..at least for my skin it..it sits on top of my skin and gives my face that oily gross feeling you have before you wash your face in the morning! You can get something much better for way less than half the price of this. this is too heavy for me I like a light serum if you have an oily face especially stay away!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This serum has a light pleasant scent and melts into the skin. It doesn't leave behind any residue or stickiness. I have noticed a plumper appearance of my skin and a slight brightening effect. The price tag is steep but I do recommend this product if you can afford it.

As a lover of the magical Rich Cream, I had high hopes for the retinol. It works fine, but you can get any of a number of retinol and retinaldehyde products at a much, much lower cost. While the Rich Cream is completely worth the price, not sure this one is.
