This fragrance is beautiful especially in the dry down. I describe it as a clean sweet skin scent however I have to endure the first 10 minutes as it has quite a spicy opening
This was a blind buy, which I am usually pretty good at, but sometimes it just doesn't work. No pickles for me but I think I would rather have dill than what this fragrance developed into on my skin. Strong, astringent and chemical. Yes it has an initial hit of Diptique Fleur De Peau which lasts a few minutes then wow the bathroom cleaner kicks in. My reaction reminds me of Gucci's burnt rubber fragrance, Mamoir d'une Odeur. I'm not saying that is what is smells like but it is a strong and as synthetic. No skin scent just industrial toilet cleaner. Scrubber for me, I will be returning.
This was a blind buy with the sale price plus spring sale event. The scent is very pink pepper forward where I can see being interpreted as dill pickle smell. It dries down beautifully to a soft skin scent. The Makers site has better descriptions of the product than Sephora site. I personally love it
Confused by any controversy here. This fragrance has the right formula going and notes come together melodically. Florals are subtle. It smells like a clean human, like someone who radiates sensuality just took a shower. There's depth here and I don't know anything else like it.
I don’t really see the rave. It kinda gives off an herby scent, it reminds me of the scent of dill oddly enough.
Two of my all time favorite scents are by the Maker (Lover and Fire) so I was really surprised that this smelled like a dirty dill pickle to me. Not quite what I was going for, but if you want to smell like an old deli then get it girl
For the price I don’t feel this scent delivers. It didn’t last more than 2 hours on me. It smelt like lightly scented citrus water with a hint of musk and wood. This feels like a skin scent.
I really wanted to love this but this was a scenario where you can't believe everything you read. I'm sure some people like this smell but it is so different I can hardly put my finger on it. To be honest it smelled kind of old and dirty if that makes any sense. I also purchased the fire scent which I love, but unfortunately this was not it for me. Also why does it have so much missing. These picture is when I pulled them out of the bottle. Anyways, take this with a grain of salt, but in my opinion it's not worth $57 (and the bottle is so tiny)
This is a beautiful classic scent, perfect for any occasion. I think its definitely more of a night tim scent, with its more musky tones. It gives off elegance and grace and i have received many compliments from people. I love that its vegan and cruelty-free free. They also use glass and recycled materials so its a triple win there for me.
