I purchased this shampoo with high expectations, but unfortunately, the results were very disappointing. After using it for the first time on July 26, 2026, it left my hair feeling extremely dry and frizzy, with much more volume than desired. Unfortunately, I am unable to return the product because the return period has already expired. Since I did not use it until recently, I only discovered the issue after the return window had passed.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this shampoo and would not purchase it again. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for hydration or hair smoothing benefits.

The smell is great but I noticed after a few weeks using this and the conditioner made my hair feel dry and brittle. Overly priced for this product and also I even bought a drugstore conditioner for the meantime because I couldn’t stand. How dry was making my hair feel. I don’t recommend this product.

Expectations blown out of the water
Holy crap! This shampoo + the conditioner is amazing. I was hesitant to switch to Kerastase with mixed reviews on products, but the Premiere line had solid reviews for both products. I can tell with the formulation there is something more hydrating in there. My hair is so soft and very shiny- I got so many compliments after washing and styling my hair with how great it looked. I could be crazy, but looks and feels like it is already starting to repair after 4 uses. We will see the long term effects, but so far, this is my fav shampoo/conditioner combo yet.
