Great straightener
As a woman with wavy/curly hair, I wasn’t sure how this was going to work. However it surprised me. It heats up quickly and gets me fully straight. if you have thicker hair you will need to section some parts of it off so you can get everything straight.

This product is just ok. Does the bare minimum, but if you’re looking for something to last more than a year, find another product. Disappointed that it didn’t last me as long as my Chi or Hot Tools straightener. It stopped working suddenly and I wouldn’t purchase this again or any product with this brand.

Purchased in 2024. In this day and age, it should have an auto shut off feature like everything else. I’ve accidentally left it on all day a few times while in a rush to get to work. Fortunately nothing happened but others might not be as lucky. It works well as far as smoothing and straightening but sometimes stops working while I’m doing my hair. I have to turn it back on and wait for it to heat up again.
