Smells really good, and I find it okay for slicking a style (like a bun), but the flake and product build up in this product is REAL. Would definitely only use it on days when you know you’re gonna be rinsing it out or having wash day very very soon.
I had high hopes for this product but I honestly hated the way it my curls feel and look. I have 3A hair and it just made my curls look droopy and not bouncy. My hair is fine-medium so maybe it’s just too heavy for me. I’m sure it works for others but it wasn’t a winner for me.

First off, this smells amazing. I kind of want this as a hair fragrance or even body spray. This really did tame my frizz and helped my curls maintain their shape. Hair was also manageable and not stiff. I am not a fan of crunch hair at all.
I loved frizz rescue curl retainer. It did not leave my hair frizzy like other products. My curls are really hydrated and more formed and it did not leave a white cast like other products. I will be using this product again.
I have struggled to wear my natural hair because of the insane amount of frizz and knots that would form. I tried so many products and almost gave up until I got a sample in my Sephora package and literally changed everything. It made my hair so much less frizzy and I had little to no knots in my hair and help with definition. I would 1000% recommend this product
I didn’t really know what to expect with this product but I am so pleasantly surprised! It’s a little like a mix between a gel and a styling cream and my hair looks so good and my curls are defined by soft after using. A little goes a long way in my fine hair too
I really loved this curlsmith product for my daughters hair, I used it just like it instructed, although it did leave my daughters curls crunchy in some spots, im sure some hair oil would fix that issue! I was highly impressed with how pretty her curls looked after using this!
This is a a great curl styling product as you can see my before and after with this styler! It gives a nice hold without hair feeling crunchy my curls looked really nice! Hydrated and healthy which I like I have different curl patterns throughout my head tighter in the back!
This is an amazing product that leaves my curls feeling so soft and frizz free. A little goes a long way and I only have to use about a quarter sized amount on each side of my hair. It also smells so amazing, and I love the watermelon scent.
