i wanted to like this better :( it isn’t heavy on my hair and makes it feel soft, but it does not add any texture whatsoever. my hair type is fine and straight so maybe you need to have some natural texture for it to work, but i didn’t have any luck.
Smells *heavenly*, does *nothing*. My hair is fine and mostly straight, so maybe it would work better for other hair types.
Great for wavy hair. You can use on wet or dry hair. Great mousse when you don’t want too much hold
I wanted it to work for me, but made my hair so sticky and tangled. I ended up getting breakage due to the tangles.. I have wavy hair that's on the finer side, but a lot of it.Maybe it works on thicker hair.
I like the dry shampoo product and decided to try this mousse. My hair has some natural wave but needs a product to emphasize it. This was really terrible. My hair was flat and heavy. I applied it and scrunched multiple times and allowed my hair to air dry and was very disappointed with the texture, hold and appearance. I tried the same process with less product and had the same result. I also tried it and dried with a diffuser but still had sticky, heavy, almost greasy looking hair. The fragrance is very pleasant.
AWFULLLLL for people with curly hair😭 made my hair flatter than it would be if i didn’t use any product somehow?? worst styling product i’ve ever used hands down.. which really disappointed and surprised me because i love this brand usually
I have hair that falls somewhere between type 2a & 2b, it's super fine but I have a LOT of it so air drying hasn't been much of an option for me as the density of my hair is weighed down and it just dries flat to my head without retaining its natural wave/curl. I've tried so many "curly girl" methods with mousse, gel, cream, etc and all have resulted in super heavy & crunchy waves. If I try no product at all it's ok, but not consistent and could be better. I just tried this mousse today and I'm forever a convert! After towel-drying, I applied a decent amount lightly through my damp hair, scrunched it upside down with my hands, and let it air dry under a ceiling fan and I have the most gorgeous, lightweight, voluminous and SOFT wavy curls. They look fully natural, you can't tell there's any product in them. So happy I've finally found a heat-free and hassle-free way to embrace my natural hair. :)
For the cost, I'm not seeing anything particulary better than just air drying alone. As advertised, it's not "crunchy", but otherwise is not worth the money.
For fine 2b/c hair, this is legit the holy grail. I wish it was less expensive because I go through this so quickly, but I have yet to find a better mousse. I used to use the pattern mousse which was way too crunchy for my hair. Truly love this stuff!
I have fine hair and hate blow drying my hair, so I decided to try this. I really didn’t see much of a difference with or without this product. I wish that it had a little more grit to it to give my fine hair more bodu, but it just doesn’t. A bit of a letdown for me. I didn’t even use the whole bottle.
