For retinoid products my dermatologist recommended Adapalene or Tretinoin. They are medical grade and SO much cheaper.
I’ve tried this to help with my acne scars and I see them lightening within a week! I do have medium sensitive skin that used to be really sensitive but my skin is becoming more tolerant and I was able to handle this with no reactions.
