Prejuvenation Firming Bakuchiol Serum for Preventative Aging

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel I need to warn others about my experience. I received a sample of this product. After using it I woke up the next morning with my skin severely inflamed, red with bumps all over it. My skin feels like sandpaper. It is also burning, tender and uncomfortable. I have sensitive skin, but have never had this kind of reaction from a product before. It has been three days since I have used the product and my skin has not improved. I am having to go to the doctor over this reaction. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Minimal/ no anti aging benefits. A nice texture but not particularly hydrating. Not worth the $$ imo

Trying Bakuchiol because retinol was giving me migraines (weird but apparently not uncommon for migrainers). I am liking it a lot so far. It is quite thin and spreads easily, and has a pleasant sort of fresh and organic smell.

Got a free sample of this product so I didn't bother reading the reviews but I wish I had. As many others have mentioned, this product caused an "allergic" reaction for me even though I only used a very small amount. The next morning I woke up and my eyes and cheeks were badly swollen and it took hours to go away even with the help of ice. I don't have sensitive skin and have never experienced what I would consider a negative reaction from any skincare product, so everyone should be wary of this serum! I don't even see how you could patch test this since it didn't cause any redness/itchiness, just swelling in an area I didn't even apply it to. I suppose if you really want to try it just make sure you can stay home the next day!

I got severe allergic reaction with this product just in one day of use. My face was burning red and my eye swell. It did nothing for first two hours but after that these bad symptoms showed up. I used a lot of aloe Vera gel on my face and after 5 six application. The redness and burning slightly subsided. It’s day 2 and my yes are still swollen. Please be careful to test this product and it’s cream version with a long patch test, ale

Love the texture and immediate results! Gentle but active. This is a miracle product imo I still use tretinoin which was so harsh on my sensitive fair skin and this never caused burning redness or anything

The presentation is great. Love how the bottle looks . The texture of the product feels great on skin . Does not make skin feel dry or sticky after the product is applied. Definitely need this in your skin care routine

It has a thin lotion texture, so a little goes a long way. The scent is a little medicinal but isn’t strong. The Bakuchiol works great for anti-aging and in conjunction with Tretinoin.

Like many others here, I had a severe allergic reaction to this product. I don't have sensitive skin and have never had an allergic reaction even to the most generic products but this one inflamed my skin like I had never experienced before. I had to go see my doctor and get a prescription.
