The Adults are Talking Solid Serum Lip Repair Balm

This is such a fun adaptive lip liner. At first I was convinced the color would be too bright on my two toned lips but a second or two after application the color settled into a lovely muted shade. I can see myself wearing this by itself and getting a beautiful flush look.

I own and use the shades Energetic, Intuition, and most recently, Clarity. While the two with pigment are good lip balms, I would not say they are anything special nor would I recommend spending $42 on either of them. However, Clarity is very different. It is unlike any lip product I have ever used. I have chronically dry lips with frequent peeling. I have to exfoliate daily if I plan to wear lipstick. This product is insanely nourishing. It actually penetrates and absorbs into my lips. It has eliminated my need to exfoliate. It is so nourishing, I can feel it even when I'm not wearing it. It is absolutely transformative. I can't believe how good it is. Do yourself a favor, skip the pretty shades and get Clarity. It actually is transformative and worth the price point. Will be repurchasing.

I ADORE this lip balm. I layer it all the time over a variety of lipsticks and no bleeding occurs, and my lips genuinely feel hydrated after usage. It is luxury but it feels so good on my chronically dry lips that it is well worth the investment. Skip her gloss, wear this as your lip topper instead!

Love this! The color (the only one that has any pigment, the feel, and it’s one of the few products that leave my naturally dry lips nourished.

Such a great tinted lip balm, lasts for hours, keeps lips moist, doesn’t peel or dry out. Could have a better shade range.

This lip product is great but there’s hardly any product in the casing. I used it regularly at least twice a day with just a one swipe application.. it was used up in a month.

This is lip balm is beautiful packaging and the magnetic click is quite satisfying but that’s all there really is to it. The balm is nothing special and didn’t live up to its claims after using it for a few months. It also melts so quickly and isn’t very sturdy for a stick. Burt’s Bees has more integrity than this does.

Ok, this is a great lip balm, period. However, for the price, I cannot give it more than 4-stars. (I almost defaulted to 3.) I have purchased two of these, and both of them have not screwed out of bullet straight. One side of the product becomes smashed against the side due to this issue. So, quite a bit of mushy wasted product that is un-usable. Secondly, and related to first issue, the product itself is very soft. Clearly this enhances the wonderful feeling and texture; however in a hot and humid environment where I live, I will have a good 8 months of this product likely melting inside the bullet and it will be a total waste of money. I wish this company could work on making the product a bit more stable and secure. In sum, I guess this is ok for me for wintertime, but nah the rest of the year. This doesn't excuse it not screwing up out of the bullet straight though - clearly a design flaw that is mentioned in other reviews.

worth it. I have the clear and when lips are healthy didn't feel anything but when lips were cracked and painful, this was the only thing out of several tried that actually helped. was shocked, actually

I liked it when I tested it in the store, and since it was 20 percent off, why not? It’s sort of like the YSL balms, but without fragrance, which I like. The packaging is cheap for the price, the balm shifts back and forth upon application, so you have to be careful when applying. It’s nice, but doesn’t justify the price. I’ll use up the two that I bought, but won’t repurchase. I prefer the YSL balms overall.
