Dior Capture Totale Retishot treatment is luxurious. It goes on smooth and easy and promotes a youthful glow by improving skin texture. I would apply at night and have glowing skin in the morning. I have normal-dry skin and this did not dry out my skin. It is expensive for the size, but would be a great option if you’re looking to indulge on a retinol cream.
I was resistant to buying this, as it is certainly not cheap, but I am SO glad that I did! This smells amazing and feels so good on your skin. My skin feels nourished without feeling greasy or cakey. I will definitely be buying this again and incorporate it into my skincare routine as an absolute must. Do it! It's so worth it!
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] As an esthetician I’m quite picky about my products. I was excited to try the Dior Retishot. Compared to other retinol products I’ve used it’s not as effective in getting results quickly, and I’m not the biggest fan of the smell of it. It does penetrate into the skin well, and doesn’t leave a residue.
I was not a fan of the scent but this is an option if you don't have a prescription for tretinoin. It is a high price for a small amount. Make sure you only use at night and wear SPF during the day.

This had a pleasant scent and didn’t irritate my skin (I’ve been using tretinoin for a while so my skin is acclimated to retinoids). However, I received such a tiny sample of this for review that I can’t comment on its effectiveness. I would have liked to try this for a few weeks before giving a genuine review, but the sample only lasted 3 uses and I didn’t see any changes to my skin.
I had high hopes for Dior Retishot. I will say, the texture is lovely—smooth, lightweight, and it sinks into the skin beautifully without any greasy residue. The scent is also subtle and pleasant, which made applying it feel like a treat. However, I was previously using tretinoin and paused it to give this product a try. Unfortunately, my skin issues (mainly breakouts and texture concerns) gradually returned, suggesting this just doesn't have the same potency or clinical effectiveness. While it might work well for someone new to retinoids or looking for something gentler, it’s not a substitute if you’re used to prescription-grade results. A nice skincare luxury, but not the game-changer I was hoping for.
Been using Dior Capture Totale Retishot a week and wow. It sinks in quick, no greasiness, and my skin already looks smoother and brighter. Feels like a mini facial every night!
There was a weird scent to me. I didn’t see much difference over time and it didn’t agree with my skin personally. I think I’ll pass on this one
After using this product over the past few weeks, I am loving the results! It has helped keep my dry skin feeling hydrated. Application is easy, and the Scent of this product it’s amazing
