I used the product until it ran out.... or until the pump stopped working, about a month of using it daily/twice a day. Did not help with redness. The pump did not work. The "primer" made my makeup look worse. I would not recommend this product.
I'd like to give it 4.5 but I can't. I've been using this for months. It's one of very few items I continually purchase because I like trying new products and always feel like something better might be out there. Both products really make difference. That said, the packaging was my biggest issue. Many reviews said the bottles stop pumping and unfortunately they were correct. After many fights, sore fingers from pumping and trying to "prime" the pumps, all you have to do is turn it upside down and squirt! lol problem solved.
I got a sample of this, and after the first use it felt amazing on my face. I have very sensitive skin, have tired a lot of stuff this year alone. Been struggling with my face very red. This has help in a short time. period. Im not sure how well the green side works doesn’t immediately immediately
LOVE the product - HATE THE PACKAGING!! Please fix the terrible double pump issues! Too expensive to not work properly, won’t buy again until repackaged.
Total was of money, I used it maybe 4 times with trouble getting it out btw, and now it's empty nothing comes out anymore, wish I could if returned but since I didn't use it everyday I missed the, product is good but what a scam
Needs new packaging. Pump would not work on green side had to break open. Very disappointed when I saw tube was only half of jar. Love the product not the packaging
Container is the worst! I actually love the green side, but I have no idea when the product is low or if the pump stopped working. Some days it works other days it doesnt. Can't even open or see through to check.
Haven’t noticed a difference in my redness, maybe because I haven’t bee able to use it with any regularity due to the horrible packaging. The pump stopped working after a few uses and now I have to pump furiously just to try to get even a little bit out. pump f

Would have given 5 stars. My only complaint is the packaging. The serum works great definitely calms my redness and is great on my sensitive skin. I wish they would change the packaging though. Can't tell when I'm almost out and half the time the pump doesn't work. Because of this I don't think I'll spend the money on this again.
