Not Worth the Hype I really wanted to love my Dyson, but after a couple of months, I’m disappointed. It randomly shuts off while I’m styling, and with my long hair, it takes forever to get the results I want. I’ve tried different products and techniques, but honestly, I don’t see a big difference compared to a regular hair dryer. For the price, I expected WAY more.
I was really excited to purchase this Dyson, but after only about a month, it stopped working and the red light on the bottom started turning on. I sent it in to be repaired, and it took around 20 days to get it back. When I finally received it, the box was extremely dirty and damaged, and unfortunately, the Dyson itself was also returned to me dirty, as you can see in the pictures. For the price of this product, I expected much better quality and a much more professional repair service. I’m very disappointed with my experience and did not expect to receive my Dyson back in this condition, especially after paying so much for the product.
Purchased this literally 68 days ago and it already stopped working. You'd think for such an expensive product there would be options for VIB members in this scenario but even for a non-makeup item that costs $500+ Sephora doesn't offer any support or credit because of their 30-day return policy.
Very Good product for daily styling. It stays longer with right hairspray would totally recommend it . LOVED IT!!!
After using this product for the past couple of months I can honestly say it’s a worth the every penny. My sister has the shark glam which I felt to be very heavy and it gets VERY hot, but the Dyson is the complete opposite. It left my hair, feeling very smooth and soft without looking super dry and dead.. It would be a five out of five stars for me if it had a straightener attachment, but other than that worth every penny.!!

I recently bought this after saving up for it a year during the Sephora sale. The day it arrived I tried doing my hair and the thing stopped working. The red filter light went off (which was brand new) and even after following the troubleshooting guides would not stay on longer than 2 seconds before the filter light shut it off again. Returned same day. Went and bought the shark instead and it’s way better
Not worth the money… yea it’s quick but the curls don’t last at all. Maybe it’s different in short hair but I have long thick hair and they did not last even 1 hour.
I’ve had my dyson for a few months now it’s def worth it no regrets!!! i style my hair once a week and it lasts me till my next hair wash day, doesn’t damage as much as other hot tools, easy to store anywhere 10000% recommend
Unless you have long hair, this is a waste of money. It does not grab shorter hair no matter the wetness level. My daughter who has long hair tried it and it was meh.
