This is hands down the best purchase I have made in 2026! I suffer from chronic dry lips. This is amazing after the first application I noticed a difference. When using a lip therapy at night by day my lips are already dry and flaking. With this no more after a week of using this! This is really a miracle for me I almost lost hope. This will be a forever purchase for me! So happy!

I love this, I was very insecure with how dark my lips were. I saw a difference in a month! I use it like 3x a day & always follow behind with a moisturizing lip balm & spf after it dries down. I will continue to use everyday but already loving my results!
I put this on my dry rough lips to exfoliate them, and it ending up making them crack and bleed. It just dries out your lips even more due to the chemical exfoliation. I also have their Barrier Baste Lip Balm, and I used them together correctly. I will never use a chemical exfoliating product on my lips against n. BAD IDEA
When I opened the box, I discovered that the tube was already busted and leaking. I bought this on a trip, and because I don’t live near a Sephora, I couldn’t return it. This purchase was a total waste of money, because I can’t use it. Without proper packaging (for both usage, sanitation, and prevention of spoilage) a product is useless.
I bought this a while back because I suddenly developed dark lip pigmentation (see before pic!). I honestly almost returned it after a week of using it daily with no real changes. Then in August the pigmentation got worse, and I couldn’t even hide it under my Sephora Collection liquid lipsticks anymore. So I committed to using it every day until something shifted. Now it’s Nov 28 (3 months later) and the results speak for themselves. The pigmentation is gone (see after pic!), and my lips look noticeably plumper and smoother. This stuff is liquid gold — seriously, BUY IT. If you’re curious, I can share my full routine too.

I used as instructed, at night and on dry/clean lips. My bottom lip has a chemical burn unfortunately, so will not be using again. May have been too harsh for the lips. The baste is fine but not worth getting.
Perfect lip exfoliator! I’m not a huge fan of lip scrubs - they’re messy and I can scrub too hard so I was so happy to try this. It’s so easy to use and leaves my lips smooth.
using this exfoliator paired with the lip baste balm has seriously transformed my lips!!! my whole life I've had severely chapped lips. they were so chapped and then I would pick at the skin and everything. it was bad. I have truly tried every chapstick and lip balm under the sun and this combo is the best. my lips have never felt so soft. I can't stop touching them throughout the day, lol. I also have tried using this exfoliant and then another lip balm on top to seal it in (not Dr Idriss brand) and it honestly didn't work as well as her duo. thank you for saving my lips Dr Idriss!!
