Loved it until it stopped working… my boyfriend purchased for me for Valentine’s Day this year (2026) and randomly as I am drying my hair it decreases in air pressure/borderline shuts off. Reached out to the company since I’ve barely had it 3 months and waiting a response.
I used this hairdryer for 5 months and loved it. The base is sturdy and weighted, holding all of the attachments. The hair dryer feels luxurious and dries my hair nicely. One day, it turned off and never turned back on. It comes with a warranty so I reached out about my issue. The company has been a nightmare to deal with. That was two months ago and I still do not have my hairdryer repaired or replaced. The last communication said it was on the way. Because of the customer service and handling of the warranty claim, I will never purchase anything from this company again.
I did love it but after a few months it randomly will turn off or drop in air pressure. It’s extremely temperamental and for the price I expected more. Very sad as I have love my other T products

I absolutely loved the new T3 Aire IQ Intelligent Hair Dryer. It was so easy to connect to the styling and dryer tool as they had magnetic connections. It was amazing how the air flow slows when the dryer is set down. It took me a few minutes to dry and style my hair. Totally worth it
I have been wanting a good dryer and diffuser attachment to really help enhance my natural hair pattern and this dryer is insane! I style my hair right out of the shower with this and gives me the perfect blow dry and maintains my curl pattern without the frizz.

Good product but they don’t give me one of the attachments that is supposed to come with it and for almost 400 dollars it should come with everything advertised I received everything but the diffuser.
