Please change the applicator….please🥺
Dear Charlotte Tilbury, I promise you no one would be mad if you changed this packaging. Please do that 😂 The amount of times I’ve had to cut in to the applicator because it gets stuck. If you try and squeeze it, do it out of the window or over a sink (trust me, I learned the hard way) everything about this is perfect except the applicator. Also I love peach anything and the scent on this is perfect. It’s not too overpowering but you get just a the perfect hint of peach.

The packaging is awful! I love the actual gloss itself but unfortunately the product continues to get blocked and you have to squeeze so hard it looks like it’s going to explode! And nothing still comes out.

giving 2 stars because ive purchased 2 of these within 6 months apart & both applicators stopped working half way through, cant get any product out unless I cut open the tube. love the lipgloss so much but I wont be buying again till they change the faulty packaging

CHARLOTTE HONEY CHANGE UR PACKAGING PLZ I fell in love with this watermelon lippy. I’ve had 3 of them and 2 of the 3 stopped dispensing half way. I took it to Sephora and they told me it’s been a common problem because of the air bubbles getting trapped. I could only get one refunded bc the other was outside of return window. Love the product but the packaging needs to be fixed

I have had these for a few months. I love them they feel nice on the lips and plump them well. However, I am not even halfway the tube and the applicator stopped working. It is stocked. It traps the air and nothing comes out anymore. Other people are having the same issue. I have it with the 3 tubes I have of this product. It is defective
