I live in New York where the humidity and smog is crazy and this product has been the only thing to keep my hair frizz free after trying tons of products of 4 years. HOWEVER, this product smells terrible like putting bathroom spray in your hair and also when you first apply it it feels so sticky
I have tried this product multiple times thinking maybe it was a different product giving me poor results. But every time I use this, my hair is so dry and crunchy. It honestly feels like texture or volume spray was mistakenly put in the wrong can. My hair is so tangled after that I can’t even run my fingers through it without snagging. Very disappointed.

I would not recommend this product, I love the idea of having a heat protector when your hair is fully dry. But there are options and this one is not it. Right when you spray on the hair it make super dry and hard to brush. Keeps the hair dry until you wash it. Don’t buy this product.
This is my first time leaving a review on a product so you know I’m passionate about this. I cannot stand this heat protectant. Whoever thought putting heat protectant in an aerosol can was the most psychotic human alive. It sprays on basically dry so you have to guess where your hair was coated and brushing it through doesn’t work. It almost feels like the consistency of dry shampoo for some reason. This then causes you to have to spray an extreme amount. I swear my bathroom looked like it was hotboxed. It also leaves your hair stiff and almost sticky. I wasn’t even going to mention the smell because I hate florals (that part was on me) but it’s the most chemically floral known to man. If I use this again I’m going to need to be in an iron lung. I want to know the name of the person responsible for this monstrosity of a product.
I wouldn’t buy this again and glad i opted for mini size and didn’t buy full size. Unfortunately it left my hair sticky and left a residue on my hair. It also left my hair feeling textured when straightened, not silky smooth. The smell was so sweet and overpowering too. Really didn’t enjoy the smell.
This product leaves my hair feeling stiff and crunchy — like a bad hairspray. I am disappointed with the product considering that Ouai is its sister brand and has great products. I would not recommend this product to use on dry hair.
Love this product! I have thick hair that usually holds curl other than when in a humid climate or a product is heavy. Many products can weigh my hair down but this was light and airy, held my curls well. I liked the smell as well.
I received a sample of this. The smell is so overpowering and asphyxiating! I'm so glad I didn't purchase it, because the sample is going in the trash. I just used it for the first time, and I wish I had time to was my hair over again. Deal breaker.
