The product itself is excellent. Adds shine, smooths, and reduces frizz. The pump is messy and dispenses too much oil. It annoys me every time I use it.
I got talked into buying this product in store. I have fine wavy color treated hair. Half a pump of this on damp hair and I couldn’t tell if my hair was still wet or an oil slick after drying for 20min. It was so bad that I had to re-wash my hair and start over.
It says lightweight… it is not. This stuff weighs my hair down more than anything I’ve ever used. I barely use a drop and it makes my hair feel greasy and heavy. I’m glad I got this as a sample. There’s no way I would buy it.
Do not put this on dry hair to seal your ends. Will RUIN your blowout.

I have very fine hair, and this lade my look like an absolute grease ball. I would not recommend it.
I bought this I didn’t get it for free. This oil is terrible it’s heavy and feels creamy and doesn’t absorb well. I was out in the sun and my hair was stuck to my neck from all the heaviness of this product.
I have fine but coarse 3b hair, and a lot of it. I prefer to wear it blown out, and I struggle finding products that really reduce the ‘poof’ in my hair and give it shine. I try everything lol. I have tried every oil and oil/silicone hybrid product out there. This is superior by a mile. The first time I tried it as directed by the brand and it was a disaster. I applied it sparingly to damp hair after leave in conditioner and a blow out cream (I tried it on top of products I was already used to) and my hair would not dry, was very greasy, the oil was blocking the water evaporating from the hair. I basically gave up on it at that point as I didn’t see it recommended on dry hair and contemplated returning it. Yesterday I was struggling with my blowout yet again-I had only used a leave in and a cream. It was very poofy. On the first section I was about to complete (maybe I had two passes left with the dryer) I grabbed this oil and pumped out like 1/3 a pump and put it on the almost dry sections then completed that section with the dryer. Oh my gosh. My hair is like silk. It had the shine, hang and swing that straight hair has. Even today, I don’t have that second hair dryness I tend to get no matter what. I’m so glad I gave it another shot-I would play around with this if you buy it and find it doesn’t work for you. It’s pretty strong stuff-this bottle will last me a few years.
This is not a lightweight oil. Even with using the teeniest amount on only my mid-length and ends, it made my hair greasy and limp. I have medium-thick hair that is between wavy and curly, but I usually wear it straight. I thought this would be the perfect product for someone with my hair type, but it just left my hair looking oily and didn't even tame frizz.
I hadn’t used a styling oil before I received this really great oil. I was seriously surprised after using it for a couple weeks after showering, when my hair was damp. My hair overall feels softer and smoother. I’ve noticed significantly less flyaways and frizz too! The best part is that there is a night delicate scent, and my hair doesn’t feel weighed down or greasy. This one is a win for me.
