Such a great long lasting lip balm! I use it at night as an overnight mask for lips and it doesn’t disappoint! I was using rhode lip balm for awhile and now I’m fully switched over! 
I am very pleased with this lip balm. The tube itself along with the applicator feels sturdy, the balm has a very slight mint taste/smell and cools and tingles just a tiny bit. This is perfect for me and what I'm looking for.

I expected it to be like a lotion consistency. It more of a subtly gloss. Not disappointed because it looks good, not too much for daily use at work. I’m floored that the reviews seem to be real for once. It’s truly so moisturizing. My lips have been so dry for the past year after cancer and I’ve tried so much. This actually moisturizes and I’m contentedly for that. It’s healing my lips.
Not sure why this is not sold in stores, but this is a lovely formula. Great flavor, and I love the applicator.

I had been having a pretty awful perioral dermatitis flare when I ordered this balm. I ordered it because the NEA website recommended it. While it definitely helps bring hydration back to the lips, it BURNS like a middle school diss fest with that peppermint oil for about 3-5 minutes. After that, it does feel conditioning on raw lips.
I love this product! It last for a while and I feel a noticeable difference in my lips. It does not dry out my lips and I don’t feel like I have to constantly reapply. I was hesitant to purchase due to the price but it was worth it. but I fell
I’m someone who loves the look of a thick mirror shine gloss but I hate the feeling of something so thick on the lips. Not only is the product itself so chic and elegant, the metal applicator is cooling and easy to clean. It gives the most mirror shine while being smooth enough. The texture is 10/10, and the smell is like this really nice mint scent that smells amazing.
I’ve tried ALL the others and this actually hydrating without just sitting on top of lips. Can feel a difference after using. Applicator is great, balm is thick but not stringy. On my second clear.
