Reset Hydrating Line-Filling Lip Serum Treatment

4 stars for the actual product, no stars for the horrible packaging. As other reviewers have mentioned, there's no way to know how many clicks you're going to need to dispense the product on any given application. I understand it taking many clicks to prime the pump and get the product flowing initially, but consecutive uses are maddening. I will click 2 to 3 times and way more product than I need will come flying out. Other times I will click 2 or 3 times, wait 20 minutes, and no product will emerge. The packaging completely ruins the experience and usability of the serum. When I am actually able to access the product, it feels great on my lips and does provide visible plumping and restorative properties, but the frustrating packaging discourages me from even reaching for it. I hope by the time I eventually use it up it's been produced in a different package, otherwise I won't be repurchasing.

Love the serum but hate the packaging. It wouldn’t let you get the right amount out. You might have to click it (2-3 times) then wait for at least 10-15 minutes for the serum to come out. And sometimes the serum wouldn’t come out at once. Next morning when you open the cap without clicking, there’s additional serum from last night leaked out to the cap. Also not every time come out with the same amount of serum. It does improve my lips texture but I wouldn’t get it again unless they change the packaging. Too much hassle.

The packaging is terrible. After multiple clicks the product never came out. I must have clicked over 50 times. Ridiculous for a product this expensive. Can't comment on the product, unfortunately. Will return.

I like the product but the packaging is absolutely awful. I click and nothing happens. So I click more and then ten minutes later I have product flooding everywhere. I don’t want to have to plan my lip application ahead of time.

I am floored over this product for getting the TINIEST amount of product I’ve ever bought. But this product was a massive waste of money. I only got 1 week’s worth of uses out of this little wand before it was either totally emptied out, or the clicker mechanism stopped worked. The mechanism to dispense the product made a really satisfying click- but worked terribly. I would click maybe 10-15 times while holding it upside down before I’d get even a drop of the formula out. The formula did seem nice. It burned quite a bit- which I don’t personally mind. And yes, it tastes like incredibly bad- but it discourages you from licking the product off, so again, not that bad an issue. I didn’t notice any vast changes to my lips hydration or plumpness, though I already had really chapped lips from the dry air when using this product so I wasn’t in best condition to try it fairly, and I’d only had a weeks worth of product to try so I’m not the best judge of what it’s long term efficacy would be. But the 1 star is for the tiniest amount of product I’ve ever used, and for a very steep price tag of nearly $40? Yikes. I’m someone that never uses even half of a tube of lip gloss before it goes bad, so I’m shocked that I managed to empty this out with just once a day use for less than a week.

I’ve tried countless lip treatments, glosses, scrubs, stains and this lip treatment is something I keep coming back to. They all promise to improve fine lines, volume, and hydrate chapped dry lips but I’m let down let down every time. MAED finally did it! They created an easy to apply lip treatment that treats fine lines, increases volume that looks like a natural plump, and hydrates lips. The best part is that it doesn’t sting or burn. Lip plumpers always burn because that’s how they work; capsaicin or menthol. No tingle, no irritation, just smooth and plump natural your lips but better. I apply it at night every night and my lips have never felt better. I even apply it in the morning sometimes and pop a gloss on over top and I’m good to go. No burning lips also makes for a happy boyfriend so that’s a bonus lol.

I was provided this in exchange for my honest opinion. I’m not a fan of the packaging. But I see why they made the choice they did. The serum is very liquidy so it needs the hard applicator instead of a soft one. I did feel like it worked and noticed and felt a change in my lids very quickly pluming wise. You can feel it working so if you’re not a fan of the lip filler lipgloss genre. Then this may not be for you. I personally like it.

I wish I could say the product is amazing but I haven’t even been able to try it yet because the packaging sucks… I’ve tried clicking so many times now the button is jammed and nothing came out.. From the looks of the other reviews I’m wondering if purchasing this product is a scam.

This serum works sooo good! It visibly has made my lips look fuller. Please change your packaging so I can love your product! The packaging is terrible and makes you waste so much of it! It takes like 100 clicks and before you know it you clicked too many and you have a pool of product.
