I love it, I use it a lot, I like that I can give volume to my hair

I bought this product 8 months ago. It worked well the first few months but I started noticing it would start shutting off. After a few minutes, I could get it working again. Over time, it has stopped working completely . Sephora does not offer a warranty or return outside of 30 days even for hot tools. I would not recommend

The idea of this product is very good, but I think the execution is extremely lacking. This is not achieve a good blowout and I’m not a hair tools novice by any means.

I love this product! But I've had it for 7 months and it's already giving me problems! It keeps turning off when I use it. Do the maintenance of cleaning it so I don't know what it is wrong with it!

When my last Hot Tools broke I bought one from Dry Bar. Returned it, did more research and bought this one. I AM SO GLAD I DID! I love the wet vs dry functions. I have thick curly hair and this worked fast and efficient. My hair is smoother and looks great. Highly recommend!

I bought this as a splurge bday gift to myself. I have curly frizzy hair and it didn’t blow dry my hair straight or make it smooth at all. It made my hair so dry and it felt super damaged after. I used it for two weeks straight and it did not work.

After I used this product for 2 weeks, different ways, I retuned it. My hair is fine, so this product did not work pretty well.

Snags a little on my curly hair when wet, but gives me one of the best blow drys I’ve had in a long time. Not sure what the dry part does you still need a flat iron.

I like this product when it works, however, it rarely works. It automatically shuts off when the brush “overheats”, which has resulted in shutting off after about 5 minutes of use. I frequently clean the filter and use it on medium heat. I only use it about 2x a week as well. V
