Awestruck Curl Styling and Defining Cream

I love this curlsmith definition cream because it gives me definition without making my hair feel weighed down. My curls stayed soft all day long, had less frizz, and still had some hold without feeling crunchy. I also noticed I didn’t need to use as much gel as I normally do. I followed the instructions on the container and it worked really well for me.

Didn’t hold enough and literally left my hair feeling crunchy, stiff and super dry - almost like straw.

I was super excited to try this definition cream out but unfortunately it left me feeling very disappointed. It applies nicely and smells amazing but leaves my hair super dry, flaky, and frizzy. It also doesn't really have any kind of holding power and just leaves my hair looking puffy and undefined.

I love how this feels like a cream but performs like a gel without any crunch. It gives my curls soft definition and serious frizz control even when the humidity is doing the most, and my hair stays bouncy all day. It feels really nourishing thanks to the mushroom blend and avocado oil, and my curls look healthier over time instead of weighed down. I also love that it helps protect from heat and sun so it feels like styling and care in one.

This Curl Smith Cream is wonderful. I do really like that it’s a cream versus a gel. Non sticky and very easy for me to use. I have a combination of waves and curls, it helps define both without a heavy product feeling. Frizz is another major concern for me, tackles that effortlessly.

works very well on my hair. I also like the texture it leaves when it drives. also the smell is really pleasant. overall, it’s a very good product that holds the hair for a very long time without it dropping.

I didn't always have curly/wavy hair, but after having surgery the anesthesia literally curled my hair! It hasn't gone away and was totally unmanageable until I found this product. I put it on right after washing my hair (with very little towel drying) and then let my hair air dry. Once dry I brush through it or use my fingers to fluff it up a bit.

Curlsmith Awestruck Definition Cream is a pleasant medium hold and medium thickness (not too thin or thick) gel lotion cream that makes my wavy hair feel soft and conditioned. I’m new to definition creams so yes on my wavy, medium thickness hair, it did feel slightly heavy with product build up after two consecutive uses. I think it is probably meant to be used with a clarifying shampoo of some kind. The product says “for all curl types” so maybe I just haven’t found the right routine for it yet as a novice since it did feel nice on first use. Perhaps this is a cream to be used with a break in between. The scent is like a fruity citrus scent similar to something between peach and mango with some florals. It’s nice that it’s not an ultra strong scent. Though I am picky with my scents and wish this one would be slightly less fruity sweet and more floral clean.

This curl crème is awesome. It molds my curls so perfectly and effortlessly that I love it. It also is pretty nourishing so it gives my hair health after a shower. I think this stuff will also last a long time.

I have wavy hair that I have been trying to train better because I honestly never took that great care of it. I’ve heard such great things about curlsmith so I had to try it out for myself! I love that it has protection from UV and I love that it doesn’t leave my hair hard it leaves it smooth with waves and it looks so good!
