I have used it consistently when I out my hair up and want my style to stay in place. It makes it through hours of tennis. Removal is also simple, I’ve used other products before but this is by far the easiest to wash off and there is no residue left. I double wash my hair everytime because I use it multiple times a week without washing my hair everyday.
