I love the fact that I can blow dry and flat iron my 3c hair with this! Saves so much time! I can give my self a silk press at home (using crème of nature and color wow). My only thing is that you’ll need a hot comb or something like that for the roots

I absolutely love this Shark straightener. For the first time, I can straighten my own hair without needing help, which has been huge for me. The wet-to-dry feature saves so much time because I can dry and straighten my hair with one tool instead of juggling a blow dryer and flat iron. It leaves my hair incredibly smooth, silky, and shiny with much less effort than traditional straighteners. I also appreciate how easy it is to use and how quickly it gets the job done. My hair looks like I just left the salon, but I can achieve the results myself at home. Hands down this is the best hair tool I’ve used so far, I’ve also used dyson airstraight and this is way better than dyson for half the price and it is so useful because you can also just use it as a straightner when you turn off the fan in dry mode. If you’re between dyson and this one just get this one trust me

I was a bit leery of purchasing this because of the price and number of incentivized reviews. However, I am so happy that I did! There was a bit of a learning curve with this tool, but after a couple uses, I got the hang of it and it is a game changer! This replaces three tools that I was using after each wash - blow dryer, hot brush and flat iron. One important thing to note is that this must be plugged directly into the wall. It will keep shutting off if you plug it into a power strip. The instructions say this and it's actually important. The blow dry feature is great with the long comb. It dries quickly but I don't think it does much straightening with the long comb. I do a rough dry with the long comb and then swap out to one of the short combs and BAM this thing very quickly straightens my hair. I don't do a great job of sectioning, and this tool still straightens in a flash. I have fine hair that is several inches below the shoulders, and my hair is naturally very wavy/Irish curls. In a single pass, the SilkiPro gets my hair very straight. This includes my bangs which I thought would be an issue given how wide the plates are. My hair stays straight until my next wash day. I've never had a tool that worked so efficiently, quickly and had such impressive lasting results. Be patient with it the first couple of times and you will find it to be all that it claims to be! I can now use a single tool to get from towel dried hair to straight, smooth and silky in very few passes.

Absolutely LOVE this purchase! Hands down, I love it more htan my Dyson blow dryer. It's so convenient and very practical. It's a two in one and not to mention, IT ACTUALLY WORKS!!! I have wavy thick hair and it usually takes me close to an hour to dry and straighten my hair and with the SilkiPro it takes 30 mins tops!! In all seriousness, if you've been contemplating on getthing this, let this be your sign to buy it! Best investment!!

I was skeptical at first about this product but I’ve been looking forward to using it during wash days. I can get to my roots with the flat iron and I love the comb attachments. The only thing I’d change would be the second dry heat setting being a little hotter or having a higher temp in between the second and third settings.

I recently received this and it was something new for me, but it was super easy to use. I tried it on both wet and dry hair and I was honestly surprised by how well it worked. It dried my hair really fast while also straightening it at the same time, which I loved. The only downside was that it didn’t fully help with frizz, especially at the top, but it was an easy fix with a little extra product. Overall, I was really impressed with how effective it is. This is definitely part of my hair routine now since it both styles and dries my hair.

If you’re on the fence about getting this, I definitely think you should. I would use a hot straightener, and I found myself passing it through my hair multiple times, but when I use the Shark Air straightener, I noticed that one pass gives me the result I’m looking for. Using just the heat mode, I noticed that my hair has a lot of shine added to it and just looks very smooth. I love the brush attachments because I definitely feel like it adds tension to my hair, which makes it look sleek. If you’re the type of person that’s always in a rush, then the wet mode will be very beneficial. It dries your hair and straightens it at the same time without leaving a greasy or wet feeling in your hair. For reference, I have wavy hair, and it does an amazing job at straightening it. Another thing I like is that when the tool is not in use, then it will shut off in a few seconds until you start using it again. If you don’t want the air, you can just use it with heat as well. If you’re in the market for a straightener, I think you really can’t go wrong with this.

I am in love with this air straightener. I can honestly say it is the best one I have ever tried for straightening my curls. It definitely doesn't damage my hair; it is very easy to use and leaves my hair soft, beautifully shiny, and very manageable. I love that I can use it on wet hair without any issues. I’ve been using it for the past week, and people keep asking me if I’ve been to the salon. It has definitely made a huge difference for me, and I plan to keep using it all the time.
