I have thick, wavy hair and lots of them, thank you, Lord. Unfortunately, they are very dry starting mid-length to the ends. I use it as a mask and it’s amazing: super moisturizing. The ingredients are also clean. Greatpurchase.
The product worked very well and I’m happy with the hydration it gives. I had yo take one star off for the smell…not sure what it is? Kinda weird but not enough to make me avoid using this product again.
The pump came broken, I have to open the cap and bang the bottle on my hand to get it out being that it’s a hard bottle and unable to squeeze. It doesn’t have a pleasant smell and I feel like it’s heavy and dries out my curls and does not live up to its “bounce curl” name. I also purchased the gel and shampoo, all three products I can live without!!
The slip in this is amazing! I’ve seen a remarkable improvement in moisture retention. And it’s made detangling my hair 5X faster! Buying more today.
I have fine hair & every time I buy a mask for fine hair, it has no slip & moisture. But this one?? WOW! It gives the best slip & I was worried it would weigh me down but it did not! I also love that Bounce curl uses plant-derived scent because it does not linger around.
Beware: This is not a true strengthening or repair formula at all. Nice conditioning formula, won’t repair anything. Such a shame. No keratin amino acids. No hydrolyzed rice/wheat/silk/keratin (true strengthening proteins). No bis-aminopropyl diglycol dimaleate. No real bond-repair chemistry. Additionally, aloe is extremely drying to many peoples hair (probably 25-40% of my clients).
The bottle I received came broken. I reached back out to ask for a replacement to be able to leave this review. The product I have really been enjoying and leaves my hair so silky soft even after I blow dry my hair. I use this hair mask 2 times a week
