XMD Stem III Clinical Recovery Cream with PDRN H.A.™ Complex for Dry Skin

This product is a skincare item designed to boost skin elasticity and regeneration, released by a brand I truly love and trust. I am incredibly grateful that Sephora has started carrying IOPE products, as this has spared me the hassle of having to scour multiple online sites just to do my shopping. Of course, the moisturizing cream and cleansing oil from Primera—another brand under the Amorepacific umbrella—are also staples in my regular purchase routine.

Lately I have been on the hunt for a nightly moisturizer that does not retinol because I tend to use my active in serum form and I am trying to avoid any skin irritation. This product is perfect because not only does it not have any strong active, it included PDRN which my skin love so much. This cream is so rich and creamy while not suffocating my skin. So far my skin is definitely loving this product.

The cream does wonders for my skin barrier. It really helped to keep my skin moisturized, especially in these cold winter months. A little goes a long way so the best jar will last me a while. I’m going to keep using it to see what it can do.

I love how my skin feels after applying this! I use it in my morning routine and again at night before bed. It contains PDRN, which helps support the skin barrier and promotes overall skin nourishment, along with micro-molecular hyaluronic acid that delivers deep, plumping hydration. After a few weeks of consistent use, I also noticed that my redness became much less visible. My skin feels healthier, smoother, and more hydrated.

I am super impressed with this iope plumping cream. The texture of this cream is so dreamy and instantly hydrates my skin. I have been so impressed with this brand and all of the products I’ve tried. I’ve loved. Highly recommend!

I’m such a sucker for Korean skincare. I did some research about the brand and it turns out their products are decently popular in Korea and IOPE in general has been around for quite some time. The cream is supposed to act as a shield that seals in active ingredients while repairing a compromised skin barrier. The packaging is very luxe and for that only, worth the price I think. Looking at the ingredients, it appears to lock in hydration with the help of triglycerides and dimethicone. It has PDRN too but it’s at the lower end of the ingredients list. I have dry skin and use this mainly at night - it’s great with tretinoin. The cream is completely free of artificial fragrance, essential oils, and harsh drying alcohols. I think this would work for sensitive skin types and maybe even oiler skin.

I just got a few Iope skincare products and one of them being this recovery cream. I really do enjoy it. I have very dry skin & for rt now that its spring/summer, its perfect. I do notice my skin feeling more hydrated and less redness. For winter time I would need something more rich and hydrating but thats only because im very dry.

I have combination skin that is leaning more on the dryer side as I get older. I bought this to help with barrier repair following retinol, acids etc as I needed a new night cream. I thought it would be more hydrating and glowy than it is. It also might be contributing to my hormonal chin / jaw breakouts that had improved recently. Think I will try their serum instead, but I won't necessarily repurchase this.

’ve been using this cream for a little while and I really like how it feels on my skin. It’s rich but not too heavy, and it makes my skin feel super soft and nourished. I have some mild pigmentation, and overall my skin looks a bit more even and healthy. It absorbs nicely and doesn’t feel greasy. No irritation at all, which is a big plus for me. Definitely feels like a good everyday moisturizer and I’ll keep using it
