[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] If you love a very sleek and fresh hair look, this is the perfect mask for you! This leaves your hair feeling super sleek and shiny and helps reduce the frizz when it comes to styling your hair. It works great for people that have curly hair as well. I love that it has a signature scent for such a lux experience.
This mask is great for adding deep hydration and shine to my curls. It provides slip to help with detangling and it's rich in texture. It smells nice but subtle and it rinses easily leaving my hair glossy and gorgeous
decent mask but the scent is insanely strong (and I'm not sensitive to smells). I'll keep using it but likely will not buy again just based on the smell
For reference I have hair to my bottom. I like to try out lots of hair mask since i think a good hair mask is key for long strong hair. However this mask is very mid. On dry hair, It smells so strong and gross too. Almost like a sharp alcoholic cologne type of smell. My hair doesn't look glossy either. So i don't see the point in spending your money on something so expensive that does not deliver salon quality results.
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a thicker more luxurious hair mask. Very softening if you haven’t had another Protien type hair mask in a while, but you can overdo it with this one! Great rosy scent. Packaging can be hard to open in shower.
I have fine curly high density hair, It needs moisture since it is bleached, this hair masque does not do much for the curls but for a blow dry and flat iron my hair reflected light it was glossy so it sealed the cuticle very well, it’s pricey lloreal glycolic does there same
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] So in love with this Kerastase Gloss Absolu Mask. I never felt so easy to detangle my hair. The container is gorgeous giving fancy vibes. Ant it smells so good. It was easy to apply allowing my 4c to detangle so easily.
I LOVE Kerastase and have used their products consistently for years. After my most recent salon visit for my partial routine foil, I left with extremely dry feeling hair :( Very frustrating because this typically doesn't happen. Overwhelmed and nervous about the integrity of my hair I immediately started looking online for a good softening mask. I have others at home but needed something heavier. I have the Kerastase Genesis strengthening mask and love that so decided to purchase this one based on reviews. Its pricey which is a bummer but it does what it says it will. The smell is really nice and leaves your hair smelling fresh like you just left the salon. The consistency is definitely thicker than the other mask I have but as soon as you put it on it instantly thins out which I love because I hate masks that are so thick it takes forever to wash out. It definitely makes the hair feel like silk when wet and super easy to brush out with great detangling power. I blew out my hair and it definitely feels softer and it didn't leave any residue or a coated kind of feeling which is a huge plus considering most masks do because I have very fine hair. It did make it a little shinier but nothing crazy. Overall I'd say this mask is worth buying/splurging on if you're looking for something of good quality to add softness back into your hair. I would repurchase again.
