MINU Shampoo for Colored Hair

As some of the other reviews have mentioned, they redid the formula and it’s so much worse. It smells terrible and it’s way too strong. It’s watery and it won’t lather. It also dries out my hair now. So sad to have to find a new hair care line

Davines reformulated their shampoo and the scent is completely different than it used to be. I’m allergic to a lot of fragrances and I was able to use this shampoo, until they reformulated it. I will be returning this product. I will be returning. my

I love the clean feeling this shampoo provides. It doesn’t lather too much, which makes me tend to use a bit more at once. However, my hair feels clean and light afterward. Plus, it has a strong yet pleasant scent that I personally really enjoy!

I have 3c curly hair and am always nervous about trying new shampoos as some cause dryness. This shampoo, however, did not dry out my hair at all! It was very refreshing and foamed up very well which I love! I am not the biggest fan of the scent, but like it overall

The color protective shampoo has a lightweight texture. I like the feel and the look of my hair after using it but I don’t like the smell. I did not smell any citrus or floral notes that it states in the description.

I’ve been using the Davines MINU Shampoo behind the chair and on my own color-treated hair, and I’m genuinely impressed. This is the 5th hair product I try from davines, and the 2nd time I’m very disappointed in the scent. The smell is awful, picture toilet water with cheap cleaner. That’s what it smells like. It reminds me of the bathroom scent I would smell traveling through Mexico. I used to buy this years ago , I’m assuming they changed the smell /formula. These are not cheap for such a cheap smell. I love Davines OI shampoo , it’s been my favorite for years,(so I wouldn’t write off the brand completely) . I wanted to try something to preserve my color treated hair. Unfortunately I can’t get past the scent, who wants their hair smelling like that? Their other color products I tried were for red hair (shampoo and conditioner) and that also smelled awful, like baby powder. Not impressed with their color products. As for function, it seems to work, I only used once but my hair was extra soft and glossy. That’s why 2 stars instead of 1.
