Le Rouge Hydra pH Reactive Black Lip Balm with Hyaluronic Acid and Peptides

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I received this lip balm in exchange for my honest review. I’ve loved this balm for a long time; I used to buy it 10 years ago! Specifically, the black version. Usually, I don’t like PH‑reactive balms because they leave an unnatural pink tint, but not this one! Because of its dark base, this balm leaves a noticeable but natural tint and finish on the lips. This balm moisturizes the lips well, doesn’t feel heavy, and is very comfortable to wear. The packaging, as always with this brand, is simply gorgeous. It feels expensive and is a pleasure to use.

I like the color payoff of this balm - I had the previous versions. I would have given it more stars. However when you open it, the bullet container falls out. When you go to put it back, it falls out!!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I feel like you have to initially “warm up” the balm but once you do, it does feel like a nice moisturizing texture. It has a very nice berry smell but i will say it tastes like a snickers chapstick or something. Overall i like the berry color it gives my lips! The only thing i don’t like about the product is it seems like they made the capsule to be refillable but the product falls out very easily.

It adds a hint of color, leaving my lips feeling great and hydrated. I love the I can wear it during the day or at night before bed as a lip treatment. I’m in love with the packaging, is super luxurious, sturdy and high quality.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a little sheer even with multiple swipes but it gives enough pinkish color to your skin if you like the natural gloss look! Color does fade quickly on my palm though and it smells like a powdered raspberry.

It has a soft berry tint that give my lips just the right amount of color while still looking very natural. It’s comfortable , not sticky. Also the packaging loooks so elegant and luxurious .

It applies smoothly,feels comfortable and moisturizing in the lips, and gives the subtle polished finish. The durability is quite good. Good staying power- it lasts for a few hours. I was very excited to start using the Le Rouge Hydra Balm 10 PH-Reactive right away. The white packaging is beautiful and luxurious with the Givenchy logo subtly stamped into the lipstick lip balm. This lip balm glides on effortlessly and feels smooth and hydrating on my lips. My lips are naturally pale, and when I don’t want to wear full on lipstick…this is perfect! It adds just a subtle berry color while keeping my lips moisturized. One funny thing is it whenever I reapply it, people think I’m applying black lipstick and their reactions always make me laugh! Another beautiful Givenchy product I absolutely love!
