I think Gaia Herbs is a company that strives to have pure ingredients, hence the cost. Perimenopause is a funny thing. I have found that some herbs work for a time, but then I need to give my body a rest from that herb. I have bought this product a few times and it has worked wonderfully, specifically with hot flushes and night sweats. This time around, it hasn't worked on my system as it had before. So, I don't think it's the product that isn't working, but my body needing a rest.
