I got this for me...and for my daughter who is having surgery soon...I super believe in supplementing for getting chlorophyll, which has also the same composition as our blood...and, greens make you strong! I saw that this also has ginger, which has really helped with my digestion and gas issues.

I’ve never tried a powdered dietary supplement before, and I was Absolutely Blown Away by how this Greens Superfood made me feel! It is so easy to mix, the flavor is spot on (a little sweet), and with 3 servings of vegetables in every serving, I get vitamins and nutrients super fast. I drank it fast and by itself, but I’m sure it can be mixed with other ingredients.

Ok some green superfoods taste straight like dirt. Not this one. The flavor was mild and not bad at all. Could Easily be mixed with juice or in a smoothie and you wouldn’t even taste it. It bled it nicely in plain water and it was not very gritty. Within two days of use I noticed a change with my digestion and stomach bloat. I can’t wait to see how it continues to work for me over the next few weeks.

I've been having a half a scoop in the morning for about 10 months now. There was a two week lapse where I didn't have it and noticed I felt much more worn out by the end of the day than when I was consistently taking it. It holds up decently to more expensive brands I've used in the past. A little sweet, but not sickeningly sweet. Worth the money.
