I have used other brands that are praised, but I think these are the best. the taste and smell are milder and really helps soothe my throat. I use it whenever I feel my throat starting to get a sore throat or especially during the colder months. they really help my immunity and I've been able to avoid harsh sore throats (I speak a lot working at a school).
Love this spray for a sore throat as it soothe it instantly and I do feel it helped my symptoms go away quicker. So the anti-inflammatory benefits can be felt quickly. The spray bottle is much easier and effective than lozenges I find. Although the lid can get sticky sometimes it doesn’t bother me. Size is great for keeping in purchase for respray throughout the day. The menthol element makes it taste and feel better than just pure propolis. Have repurchased and will continue to!
Very effective to soothe sore throat. My family carries it with us when traveling. It protects us from catching bugs.

Used sparingly as a breath freshener - seems to work well though the push down spray mechanism gets a bit stuck, probably due to the sticky consistency of the product.
This brand is great overall. I use their manuka honey as well, which is of high quality and tastes good. I like this brand better than another one I have (yellow bottle).

it's very very useful in soothing itchiness in throat with the minty feeling other than the propolis, which protects the throat. when i cough, it's really hard to stop. not even water helps. but this spray works well! it's also easy to acceptand use

Propolis has been such a gift, helping to ward off colds at the slightest hint of a sniffle or scratchy throat! My husband likes the spray version as he thinks it gets the propolis liquid more evenly over the back of his throat. The drops work better for me.
