LOVE these. These zero sugar flavors are my favorites. Delicious flavor and nice taste. I wish the little packets were easier to open, however. I've had to get out scissors most times since the little packet wouldn't open properly.

This is an amazing support supplement that has some hydration assistance. Don't expect this to be hyper or even isotonic for the purpose of rehydraction, but the spectrum of ingredients is incredible

For kids: I think this would make a great a addition to a lemonade, added to any juices, used to replace unhealthy soda habits, or as a refresher after school..full of health giving benefits.
